i recently picked up this little black and white printed dress

from urban outfitters (it is on sale now for $39.99 in store; $49.99 online (bizzare)).

although my hair is in the way,

the dress has an adorable peter pan collar. 

the overall style is easy to dress up or down - 

throw it on over a swim suit with your flip flops, 

or pair it with ballet flats and a few accessories 

for a more dressed-up look.

either way, you cannot go wrong! 

how was your weekend?

i celebrated the upcoming wedding of a close girlfriend.

we went to high school and college together, 

and it was wonderful to see her and share a fun night 

(her bachelorette party!) together!

however, i am definitely suffering today. 

while i had big plans to study, clean, blog, 

and do a bit of apartment hunting today, not much 

from the aforementioned list was accomplished. 

there is always tomorrow!
