my family and i had the pleasure of touring the distillery yesterday.
the views were gorgeous!
while i am not a bourbon fan, it was interesting to learn
how bourbon is made and to see the expansive distillery,
located in frankfort.
buffalo trace is the oldest continually operating
distillery located in the united states.
it survived a great fire, after being struck by lightening,
as well as prohibition (bourbon was made and sold
for medicinal purposes) and remains open today.
