walkin' around during the holiday season

one of my favorite things about working downtown,

is walking around the city throughout the day. 

i bring my book to work to read during break, 

but prefer to walk around the various coffee shops, stores, and sites.

a change in scenery can be quite refreshing! 

i took these photos over the course of the past few days.

as you can see, seattle is prepared decked out for the holiday season.

in addition to walking during my breaks downtown,

 i sometimes get to bring the babies with me

(three of them are pictured above).

they love spending time outside, too! 

today we went to gingerbread lane at the sheraton hotel. 

talk about overstimulating the babes -

the copious people and ornate gingerbread houses kept us busy.

it was a blast sharing the experience with these tiny people. 

now if only i could bring them all home with me :)
