^^^ the delicious pinky's kitchen food truck

here in seattle ^^^

while driving home (and feeling particularly hungry),

we passed by pinky's kitchen food truck in your local gas station parking lot.

what could be more welcoming and taste better?

nothing, i tell you.

the above bbq sandwich was amazing -

and you can bet i ate every last bite. 

next time, i think i must try their macaroni and cheese,

original pink lemonade, and perhaps a side of potato salad

and baked beans. 

i didn't realize how many food trucks are near me;

i might have to make stopping at them a more regular occurrence.
