this past weekend, my roommates and i hosted a party

for two of our very special girlfriends to celebrate their recent graduation

from graduate school.

we cleaned our house (like little fiends),

baked and cooked and prepared numerous treats,

and invited family and friends to partake in the festivities.

i was responsible for the desserts,

so you can bet we had cookies and oreos and brownies,

complete with frosting and a raspberry (i think that means they were healthy?).

i was ecstatic that my parents were able to attend

and celebrate with us.

thankfully the weather was gorgeous,

so wearing a sundress like this was perfect.
