may's rented dress

dress: lendperk, bracelets: forever 21, heels: steve madden

i rented this dress for may, with every 

intention of wearing it (paired with a denim jacket) to a bridal shower.

then i realized it is silly (and frowned upon?)

to wear white to a bridal shower,

and it was pouring rain that day. 

now that our seattle sunshine has returned, 

i paired this adorable rented dress (available here) with printed sandals.

thankfully i did not fall over in these shoes

while my photo was being taken

(however, it easily could have happened). 

i never wear high shoes, so it was fun to try something different.

and this dress is seriously amazing. 

i think i need one just like it (permanently) in my closet.
