a hair cut

dress: aprie, leggings & bracelets: macy's, flats: target

off to work with wet hair today (and looking comparable to a wet dog)...

i did squeeze in a haircut this past weekend, however. 

i used to refer to my minuscule ponytail as my "nubbin."

and for the past year, i have been striving to grow out said nubbin.

i am determined to keep this mane healthy,

so a cut was needed.

i still wanted to cry (just a little) as she hacked off my damaged ends.

so much time went into growing those! and now they are gone.

i must say, that my beach-hair-look was much easier to accomplish without the dead ends.

perhaps the cut was worth it after all...
