back to school for this girl

for the past year, i have had the pleasure of working at a local montessori preschool. 

i am an assistant in our school's infant room (aged 3-18 months).

i cannot tell you how much i have enjoyed my experience, 

how thoroughly i love those babies,

and how greatly i have changed and grown from my experiences. 

however, i recently had the opportunity to return to school

and obtain my montessori certification.

in just under a year, this girl will be a certified infant and toddler montessori teacher.

i cannot tell you how excited i am for this opportunity! 

in addition, within the upcoming weeks,

i will be saying goodbye to my beloved infants,

and starting my work in the toddler classroom.

it is going to be busy, let me tell you! 

it is incredible how quickly this all fell into place. 

i feel as though i now have a purpose,

and a concrete sense of direction.

i am ever so grateful for this opportunity,

and promise to (try not to) complain too much about my busyness.

i will let you know how this transition goes.
