how do you wear your white tee?

^^^ i want to steal her skirts and sandals! ^^^

my friend a, adorable fashion blogger from crushing on clothes,

and i decided to collaborate on a post.

we each styled our favorite white t-shirt from day to night. 

we had similar ideas as to how to wear 

this simple, but seemingly versatile, piece.

 we both added layers, 

pops of color, and fun accessories

to our basic white t-shirt. 

how do you choose to wear your tee?

daytime outfit:

t-shirt: target, skirt: american eagle, vest: f21 (and decorated by me!),

bracelets: f21, sandals: steve madden

night outfit:

t-shirt: target, blazer: tjmaxx, jeans: paige, flats: ross,

bracelets: nordstrom, necklace: borrowed from my roommate, a

i love both of these outfits, and a's, too! 

i don't often wear a white t-shirt, however - 

working with infants and toddlers

means that my whites don't stay white for long (not long at all).

crackers, soup, milk, baby food, snot, vomit, 

and so much more end up on my body throughout the day.

yet there is something immensely elegant and classic about a white t-shirt;

putting these outfits together makes me want to 

wear white more often!
