alas, on sunday (which is my friday), the week is done.
tomorrow marks a new week
in which (finally), i will be back at preschool.
no more formal classes until the beginning of september,
and i only have 98130283188230981203810 papers to write before then.
totally manageable, right? let's hope so :)
yesterday during school, however,
we had the opportunity to create our own montessori classroom for infants
(age 3-18 months).
here is what our finished product was:

^^^ we were so happy with the finished product! ^^^
throughout the past week, we learned how important the
prepared environment is within a montessori classroom.
the work is purposeful, beautiful, and will aid in
physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development.
i think i could thrive in the above classroom, what about you?
happy classes are over for the time being,
but ever so grateful for this experience.
